Returns / Cancellation / Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 30 days as follows:

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. To cancel orders please call +91-9994913892 (10 am to 6:30pm).

All refunds will be issued after receipt of product at our warehouse.

Replacement of Damaged / Defective products:

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original invoice, tags, for an exchange, within 30 days from the date on which these goods are delivered to you.

Please check the package for any damage or tampering before accepting the delivery from Courier Company. If you notice any damage to the package which you feel might have damaged the product please do not accept the product and return to Courier Company. Please contact customer service at  support@yoxo.in  if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged, to arrange the return of the product and to resolve your claim.

While we accept return of box opened products or slightly used  products, products damaged  after used  for more than a week do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your money through credit card or net banking channels through which you had made the payment.
